Sales Beyond Scripts Inc. ("Sales Beyond Scripts," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through authenticgazzy.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect personal information when you choose to provide it, including when you:

  • Join a waitlist (CEO Sprint, Female Founders Feast)

  • Submit an application (Private Mentorship, Done For You engagements)

  • Submit a speaking inquiry

  • Book a call or consultation

  • Contact us by email, phone, or through a form on the Site


Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, social media handles, information about your business (such as revenue stage, offers, or current challenges), event details, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Please only share what's asked for. Application and inquiry forms are not a secure channel — don't send financial account numbers, government identification, or other sensitive information through them.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the dates and times of your visits.

02. How We Use Your Information 

We use personal information to:

  • Send you the CEO Sales Sessions Weekly Playlist and related podcast emails, if you've signed up

  • Respond to inquiries, applications, and speaking requests

  • Review applications and assess fit for our programs and engagements

  • Schedule and conduct calls and consultations

  • Deliver our services to clients

  • Notify waitlist members when a program or dinner opens

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site

  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it better

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
     

We rely on your consent to send you marketing and promotional emails. Where we process information to respond to your request or perform a contract with you, we do so on that basis.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

03. Email Communications

 

If you sign up for the CEO Sales Sessions Weekly Playlist, you'll receive a welcome email immediately, followed by an episode email each Tuesday. You may also occasionally receive information about our programs, events, and services.
 

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking it or by emailing us at gazzy@salesbeyondscripts.com. We'll action the request promptly.
 

Withdrawing consent to marketing emails does not affect transactional messages related to a service you've purchased or an application you've submitted.
 

Our email practices are intended to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

04. How We Share Information

 

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

Service providers. We use third-party providers to operate the Site and our business — including website hosting and forms, email marketing and automation, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, and file storage. These providers may access personal information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it.

Our team. Members of the Sales Beyond Scripts team and contractors who need access to do their work — for example, reviewing an application or managing our email list — may access your information.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

Business transfer. If Sales Beyond Scripts is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

05. Where Your Information Is Stored

 

Our Site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. Some of our service providers store or process information outside of Canada, including in the United States and other countries.

Where information is stored or processed in another country, it may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of that country under its laws. We take reasonable steps to ensure our providers protect your information with safeguards comparable to those we use.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website function and help us understand how the Site is used.

  • Essential cookies, which are required for the Site to work — including for forms, security, and load balancing.

  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how long people stay.

Marketing cookies, which allow us to measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant content on other platforms.
 

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.
 

Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

07. QR Codes and Live Events

 

If you scan a QR code at a live event and sign up for the CEO Sales Sessions Weekly Playlist, your information is collected and used exactly as described in this policy. Scanning a code does not itself identify you — you're only added to our list if you submit the form.

08. Your Rights and Choices

 

You have the right to:
 

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete

  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and business record-keeping obligations

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

09. How Long We Keep Information

 

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
 

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honour your unsubscribe request.

  • Applications and inquiries that don't proceed: 24 months, after which they're deleted.

  • Client records: for the duration of the engagement and for 5 years afterward, to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

  • Analytics data: in aggregated or de-identified form, which does not identify you.

10. Security

 

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. These include access controls, encrypted transmission, and reputable service providers.
 

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, but we take our responsibility here seriously.

11. Children's Privacy

 

The Site and our services are intended for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at gazzy@salesbeyondscripts.com and we'll delete it.

The Site links to third-party platforms, including podcast platforms, social media, and scheduling tools. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
